By Krista So, anyhow, the concert. Pardon me while I ramble incoherently about it. Three opening acts preceded My Chemical Romance, and thankfully we missed the first. But Drive By was good. And Billy Talent (a band from Canada? Anyone?) screamed a lot. A lot. I considered being terrified, but then I real...

Mikey spoke! He said something about Darth Vader but I didn’t understand and then Gerard got back on the mike and took the mick out of a bit lol. The fact that during Welcome to the black parade and a few other songs, my mum actually stood up and sang along. That was great!!

When they started "Famous Last Words", Frankie went over to Bob and talked to him for a bit. In my head, Frankie was asking if Bob was going to get burned up at the end of the song and Bob was replying "I don't know!!". Bob was smiling and laughing, at least.

By fatfingur I just came home from the My Chemical Romance rock concert at The Fort and they were really awesome. They really rocked my brains out. They were great. Gerard was hitting the high notes. Frank Iero was rockin the guitar. Ray Toro was showing off his killer guitar licks. Mikey Way was great and Bob Br...

“Come on, Bob! Hurry up already!” Ray pushes the drummer to open the letter. “Dear Bob, Frank, Ray, Gerard and Mikey, “We are…” Gerard says as he looks at his brother and his fellow band-mates. “My Chemical Romance,” the five men all together say as they put their hands up in the air.

By Joey Maloney As I said with my Maximo Park review, there is nothing more enjoyable as a photographer than shooting bands that use the energy of their music as fuel for their performance. By Patrick Before I listened to this album, I’d thought of My Chemical Romance as a fairly typical emo band, just another soundalike in one of the most monotonous genres in pop music today. It’s not that I dislike emo music, it’s more that the various songs I’ve heard sound so similar, nothing I’d heard...
